Hi Guys! Today’s recipe comes from ME!! This recipe is good because it’s not just for Christmas it can be enjoyed at any time of the year. You can dunk it in milk and it’s great eaten warm. Enjoy!!

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour (270 g)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter , softened (240 g)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar (135 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips ( I used Hershey’s) (360g)
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
(Honestly I didn’t feel like hauling out my mixer so I did it by hand. Same result, so totally fine if you do at have a mixer šš).
Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for Ā 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely. ( Just so you know, if you’re serving a small crowd I suggest cutting this recipe in half because I got about 70 cookies out of this!!!!)
Vegan Substitutes
Replace the butter with vegan butter
Replace the eggs with four tbs. of sweetened condensed milk
Looks yummy
