Hello everyone! Thanks for being a part of my blogging life and reading my posts throughout the year. Does anyone here have New Years Resolution’s they want to carry out this month? (Mine is to make more time to post). Well im sure most of us have the ever so common weight losss resolution, so I have a good recipe for that! Now to get healthy, part of that is eating right. This recipe ensures that you are satisfied taste wise but you are also keeping a healthy diet. These apple chips have only 3 ingredients- and they are baked in an oven! These are so easy to make, so I hope you guys make them and enjoy!
Baked Apple Chips
Ingredients-
Apples
Cinnamon
Honey (Optional)
Directions-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees Celcius). Prepare a cookie sheet with a silicone mat or flavorless oil.
Wash the amount of apples you would like and dry them well (to ensure maximum crispness).
Cut them into disks as thin as possible with a sharp knife or a mandolin.
Place the fruit on a baking sheet and rub with a bit of honey- about an 1/8 tsp each.
Sprinkle with cinammon.
Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy with a crunch!

MAKE IT VEGAN: For the honey, use any vegan sweetener like agave or monk fruit sweetener.
