Hey guys! Can you believe this is my second year here with you celebrating my birthday? Well today is the day! I dont feel very different, but I’ve definitly learned alot this year 🙂 thanks for being with me for over a year now! I wanted to make something a bit more simple this year, for those of you who have been with this blog for a while you know that last year I made a strawberry Vanilla Cake (https://madebybernadine.wordpress.com/2017/03/26/its-my-birthday/). Today, I made some cookie dough brownies; I didnt want to spend the whole day making a cake, just a wholesome treat that the whole family would love, and its very easy! Heres the recipe, enjoy!
Cookie Dough Brownies Recipe:
1 recipe of fudgy brownies; here’s a link to my recipe:
1/2 batch of chocolate chip cookies (you wont need a whole batch; for every batch of brownies, use half the amount of cookie dough)! Heres a link to my recipe:
Preheat your oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Grease a brownie pan well and set aside.
Prepare the brownie batter and the cookie dough.
Pour the brownie batter in the pan and scatter pieces of cookie dough across the top (you can use the cookies baked as well, either way is delicious).
Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean (I would bake for 35 minutes and if they aren’t done by then, bake them in 5 minute intervals until they are baked).
Let cool for 5 minutes, cut and enjoy! These are great on their own, but also great with vanilla icecream.
